Use of App:
1) The app requires the use of your phones camera. Make sure that is enabled with the use of the app.
2) REMEMBER YOU MUST BE OUTSIDE WHEN YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF THE HOME. THE APP USES GPS AND MUST BE ABLE TO FIND SATELITE.
2) Simply take a photo of the front of the home.
3) Make sure the address that populates is the one you want to run a flood zone on. If not you can edit the address. Sometimes it picks up nearby location. Hit SUMBIT.
4) A flood zone determination will populate within about 30 seconds.
5) If the 100 Year Flood Zone says YES, then the property requires flood insurance. The zone will show as AE or VE. Zone X would mean flood is not required. The bottom of the determination will tell you if flood insurance is recommended as well.
